Please note that once checkout has been completed there will be no cancellation of orders. Altering orders in any way shape or form after the order has been placed will not be authorized. Boxes can only be returned with all items sent. No items may be opened or used. Boxes with unopened items can be returned to our address within 7 days after receiving them in the mail. If the items are in fact unopened/unused we will issue an 85% credit back to your card. We charge a 15% restocking fee and we do not refund any shipping fees. Refunds take 3-5 business days to go back onto your card.
